Drama

What is the definition of drama?
Drama is defined as any emotion that keeps you from living in a state of harmony, and the subsequent expression of that emotion whether it be outwardly towards the world or inwardly towards oneself.

Where does drama really come from?
We all think that drama comes from circumstances outside of ourselves, but that simply is not the case. If it were, then the same situation or incident should affect every person in the same way and to the same degree; and we know it doesn't happen that way. Even you yourself have weathered the same situation differently at different times in your life.
All drama comes from our personal reaction to life's events. Even if you are a hermit, you still have the potential for drama.

It's not me - it's everyone else
This statement would only make sense to the person who still believes that it is the external people and events of the world that are creating the drama in their life. We've all heard the saying that you, and only you, are responsible for your happiness. Now let's flip that around and also realize that you, and only you, are responsible for your unhappiness.
If some external person or event is making YOU unhappy, would you not agree that it IS you?
